Job Summary

We are seeking a Youth Opportunities Coordinator to join our team in Glasgow. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about working with young people and wants to make a real difference in their lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • To work closely with our programme teams to identify opportunities for young people to engage in our programmes.
  • To develop and implement strategies to increase participation and engagement in our programmes.
  • To build strong relationships with our stakeholders, including young people, parents, and partner agencies.
Requirements
  • A degree in a relevant field, such as youth work or education.
  • Experience of working with young people, preferably in a volunteer management or programme delivery role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
What We Offer
