About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sports Coach for Youth to join our team at Falkirk Community Trust. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for sport and physical activity to make a positive impact on the lives of young people in our community.

About the Role:

  • To assist in delivering sport specific coaching sessions, developing coaching skills, and ensuring participant enjoyment.
  • To work with children and young people on a 1 to 1 situation or in small groups.
  • To encourage young people to develop skills, knowledge, and techniques relevant to their sport.
  • To help at primary and secondary school festivals and community festivals.

Requirements:

  • No sports coaching experience required, just a positive can do attitude and willingness to learn.
  • A passion for sport and physical activity.
  • Interest in working with young people.
  • A commitment and motivation to learn and develop.
  • An ability to follow instruction and adhere to Health and Safety.
