**Job Title:** Falkirk Community Trust Sports Coach

About the Role: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic sports coach to join our team at Falkirk Community Trust. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop their coaching skills while assisting in the delivery of sport-specific coaching sessions for children.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist experienced coaches in leading sessions
  • Develop coaching skills and knowledge
  • Ensure participants have an enjoyable experience
  • Work with Sport Development Officers to mentor and guide volunteers

Requirements:

  • No sports coaching experience required, just a positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • A passion for sport and physical activity
  • Interest in working with young people
  • Commitment and motivation to learn and develop
  • An ability to follow instruction and adhere to Health and Safety guidelines

Location: Various locations across Falkirk

Time Commitment: A minimum of one night per week for our term-time programme, which can vary from 1-3 hours depending on the specific sport

Salary: £15,000 - £20,000 per annum (estimated), dependent on experience and location
