We are seeking a seasoned leader to join our senior leadership team and drive change within our Community Services portfolio.

Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity to lead a diverse range of services, including care at home, care homes, community bedded care, Home First, and out-of-hours services.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring financial responsibility and accountability across the organisation, while supporting a whole-system approach centered around people in our communities.

The ideal candidate will have experience working at a senior level in a complex organisation, with a proven track record of inspirational leadership and strategic thinking.

Key Responsibilities
  • Care and support at home: Delivering person-centered care to individuals in their own homes.
  • Care homes: Providing high-quality residential care to older adults and those with complex needs.
  • Community bedded care: Offering short-term or long-term care in a community setting.
  • Home First: Supporting individuals to remain in their own homes, with access to community-based services.
  • Out of Hours services: Ensuring 24/7 coverage for urgent care needs.
