Job Overview
The successful candidate will lead the Community Services portfolio, one of the four refreshed areas of work at NHS Scotland.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and inspirational leader with experience working at a senior level in a complex organisation to help us achieve our ambitions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of strategies to improve care and support for people in our communities.
- Ensure financial responsibility and accountability is everyone's role.
- Support a whole-system approach, centred around people in our communities.
- Oversee the delivery of care and support services, including care at home, social work services, community bedded care, and out of hours services.
