Female Support Worker

At Community Integrated Care, we're seeking a dedicated and passionate Female Bank Support Worker to join our team. As a Support Worker, you'll play a vital role in enriching the lives of individuals with learning disabilities, autism, OCD, and Epilepsy. Our teams work collaboratively to ensure the people we support have what they need, providing support with daily tasks, socialising, and community activities.
We're looking for someone who is flexible, reliable, and honest, with excellent communication skills. If you're a fun-loving and motivated individual who enjoys going the extra mile to improve the lives of others, we'd love to hear from you. Our Support Workers are dedicated to providing person-centred care, and we're committed to investing in their wellbeing and development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support individuals with daily tasks, such as medication administration, cooking, and cleaning
- Encourage socialising and community activities
- Manage home and finances
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure the people we support have what they need
