Care Support Worker

Avondale Care (Scotland) Ltd is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Carrondale Care Home in Falkirk.
The successful candidate will provide high-quality care and support to our service users, promoting their independence and well-being in a caring and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver individualized care and support to service users, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
- Support service users with daily living activities, including personal care, mobility, and nutrition.
- Promote social activity and engagement among service users, encouraging participation in community activities.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and adhere to health and safety policies.
- Report any concerns or issues to the person in charge of the unit.
- Right to live and work in the UK.
- Previous experience in a care environment is desirable, but not essential.
