Job Title: Homecare Support Worker
About the Role:
HRM Homecare Falkirk is seeking a reliable and passionate Carer to provide help and encouragement to individuals in their own homes. As a Carer, you will deliver quality care through daily tasks such as washing, dressing, toileting, and meal preparation. Your responsibilities may also include light housekeeping, accompanying service users to appointments and social events, or companionship.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care such as catheter care, stoma care, and toileting.
- Assist with light housekeeping tasks.
- Offer social and emotional support as required.
- Administer medication.
- Companionship.
- Co-operate with relevant health and social care providers.
Requirements:
- Be a friendly, kind, and compassionate individual with a genuine desire to care for others.
- Have a willingness to learn and develop.
