Residential Care Assistant Position

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Residential Care Assistant to join our team at HC-One. In this rewarding role, you will play a vital part in delivering high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

As a Residential Care Assistant, you will work closely with our experienced staff to deliver person-centered care, supporting residents with daily living tasks, personal care activities, and other aspects of their care. A driving license is advantageous but not essential.

The estimated salary for this position is £22,500 - £24,500 per annum, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver personal care activities to residents, ensuring dignity and respect at all times
  • Support residents with daily living tasks, such as meal preparation, housekeeping, and laundry
  • Monitor and report any changes or concerns regarding residents' health and wellbeing
