Quality Improvement Leader Opportunity

Falkirk Council is seeking a Quality Improvement Lead to spearhead strategic enhancements across primary schools in Falkirk. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with a dynamic Senior Leadership Team within a successful, forward-thinking local authority.

As the lead strategic figure, you will oversee the planning, implementation, and evaluation of priority work streams and activities related to primary schools, as well as authority-wide responsibilities. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of quality improvement in an educational setting, including sound knowledge of current national priorities and drivers that enhance outcomes for children, young people, and families.

The salary for this position is £62,580 - £70,689 per annum, dependent on experience. If selected, you will be required to maintain your PVG scheme membership.
