Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to fill this key role. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in education leadership and a passion for driving quality improvement initiatives.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading strategic work streams, developing and implementing improvement plans, and evaluating progress against set objectives. They will also provide guidance and support to teachers and other staff members to ensure the effective delivery of educational programs.

Additionally, the successful candidate will contribute to the development of authority-wide policies and procedures, ensuring that they align with national priorities and drivers. They will work closely with colleagues to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address these challenges.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading strategic work streams to improve quality and outcomes in primary schools
  • Developing and implementing improvement plans to meet authority-wide objectives
  • Evaluating progress against set objectives and identifying areas for further improvement
  • Providing guidance and support to teachers and other staff members
