Rentokil Initial plc is a leading provider of property care services, specializing in damp proofing, waterproofing, timber preservation, and wall stabilisation. We are seeking an experienced Timber Specialist to join our team in Scotland.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional results in timber preservation, working closely with customers to identify solutions and meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Damp proofing and treating timber for dry and wet rot
  • Condensation control and applying specialist coatings
  • Splicing timber floor joists and sealing solums
  • Removing and renewing timber lintels and bricking back up
  • Working with customers to identify solutions and meet their needs

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Preservation joinery experience or equivalent qualifications
  • A strong understanding of timber preservation techniques
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • A full UK manual driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points

Benefits:

This role offers a competitive package, including a basic salary of £24,575, OTE £30,000 per annum, company van, fuel card, uniform, tools, and RI Rewards cashback scheme.
