About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Property Preservation Technician to join our team in Edinburgh. As a Property Preservation Technician, you will be responsible for servicing customers in the region, requiring a UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will have experience in:

  • Hacking-off ceiling/wall plaster, stripping and replacing timber wall framing and partitions
  • Carrying out timber treatments, remedial repairs and chemical treatments
  • Removing and renewing timber lintels, including bricking back up
  • Conducting specialist condensation treatments, including loft insulation and thermal wall products
  • Patch plastering, stripping and replacing timber floors, and splicing roof timbers
  • Performing basement waterproofing work and structural defects repairs
What We Offer

This is a permanent, full-time role with a basic salary of £24,575 and an OTE of £30,000. You will also receive a company van and fuel card.
