Schools Quality Improvement Manager

Falkirk Council is seeking a skilled Schools Quality Improvement Manager to lead strategic improvements across primary schools. The ideal candidate will have experience in senior leadership roles within education, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

The estimated salary for this position is £73,110 - £81,579 per year.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of quality improvement initiatives in an education setting.
  • Provide authority-wide responsibility for quality improvement initiatives.
  • Lead the planning, implementation, and evaluation of priority work streams and activity relating to primary schools.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a senior leadership role within education.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work under own initiative and as part of a team.
