Job Title: Area Operations Manager - Kitchen Installations

Halo Personnel Careers is recruiting an experienced operations manager to oversee our kitchen installation projects in the Falkirk area. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing installation projects from start to finish, ensuring high-quality workmanship and timely completion.

Job Description:

As an operations manager, you will oversee the installation of kitchens in domestic properties, managing a team of installers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage installation projects from start to finish, including planning, execution, and quality control.
  • Lead and motivate a team of installers and subcontractors to achieve high-quality results and meet deadlines.
  • Maintain excellent communication with customers, colleagues, and suppliers to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in kitchen installation management, preferably with a construction or home improvement background.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
  • A valid CSCS card and SSSTS certificate.
  • A hands-on approach to management, with a focus on delivering high-quality results and meeting deadlines.

  • A competitive salary of £45,000-£55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
