Falkirk Education Services are seeking a seasoned and dynamic senior leader to drive strategic improvements across primary schools in Falkirk. This role offers an exceptional opportunity to join a forward-thinking local authority's Senior Leadership Team.

You will lead the planning, implementation, and evaluation of priority work streams and activities related to primary schools, as well as assuming authority-wide responsibility. Your comprehensive understanding of quality improvement in education settings will be invaluable in this role.

With excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt to diverse audiences, you will effectively convey information orally and in writing. You will prioritize tasks, work independently, and collaborate with the quality improvement team to achieve shared objectives.

Your analytical and problem-solving skills will enable you to plan responses to emerging priorities. Additionally, your proven ability to work under your own initiative will be essential in this role.

The position requires 35 hours of work per week. The successful candidate will need to maintain or obtain PVG scheme membership.
