As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in driving our Net Zero ambitions and ensuring a safe working environment for all employees.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and implementing innovative HSE solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams to promote a culture of safety and sustainability.

The estimated salary for this role is £52,000 - £62,000 + Discretionary Bonus + Private Healthcare + 33 Days Holiday (inc. BH) + EV Salary Sacrifice.

About the Position:

We require an experienced HSE professional with a background working in hazardous environments. A NEBOSH or equivalent qualification is also essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HSE strategy to ensure legal and corporate standards are met.
  • Drive HSE across the development of new plants.
  • Deliver toolbox talks, training, and H&S meetings.
  • Carry out regular site assessments and audits.
