Job Description: Contract Scotland seeks a highly skilled QHSE Manager to lead our Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental initiatives in Falkirk. As a key member of our team, you will develop and implement QHSE policies, conduct audits, and ensure compliance with regulations. With a salary range of £45,000-£55,000, this is an exciting opportunity to join our team and contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional services.

Responsibilities:
* Develop, implement, and maintain QHSE policies and procedures in line with industry standards and legal requirements.
* Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure QHSE practices are properly implemented.
* Identify potential hazards and implement corrective measures to mitigate risks and ensure a safe working environment.

Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in environmental science, occupational health and safety, or a related field.
* Proven experience in QHSE roles, preferably in waste management, with familiarity of ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System Standard.
