Role Overview:

We are seeking a qualified and enthusiastic Swimming Teacher to join our team at Stepping Stones in Falkirk. As a Swimming Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality swimming lessons to children aged 3-11 years, following our learn-to-swim framework. You will work closely with our team to ensure a safe and enjoyable learning environment for all swimmers.

Main Duties:
  • Deliver swimming lessons to children aged 3-11 years, following our learn-to-swim framework.
  • Assess swimmers for awards programmes twice per year.
  • Provide feedback to the Stepping Stones office as required.

Qualifications:
  • National Governing Body Swimming Teacher Certificate (Essential).
  • SSTQ, UKCC, STA, or ASA qualifications desirable.

Personal Qualities:
We are looking for a Swimming Teacher who is fun, friendly, and approachable, with the ability to adapt to the needs of individual swimmers. As a Stepping Stones Swimming Teacher, you will be expected to embody our company values and provide a positive and supportive learning environment for all swimmers
