Swimming Instructor – Falkirk

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Swimming Teacher to join our team at Stepping Stones in Falkirk. As a Lead Swimming Teacher, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality swimming lessons to children aged 3-11 years.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver swimming lessons in a fun and engaging manner, following our established weekly framework.
- Assess and progress swimmers through our framework, identifying areas for improvement and celebrating their achievements.
- Provide regular feedback to the Stepping Stones office on swimmer progress and any concerns.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a positive and supportive learning environment.
Qualifications and Experience:
We require a National Governing Body Swimming Teacher Certificate and experience in teaching swimming to children. A qualification in First Aid and CPR would be advantageous.
Personal Qualities:
We are looking for a swimming teacher who is fun, friendly, and approachable, with a passion for teaching and a commitment to delivering high-quality lessons. You should be able to build strong relationships with swimmers and their families, and be able to adapt to different learning styles and needs.
