As an experienced Care Worker in a Residential Setting, you will play a crucial role in delivering the best outcomes for our young people. We Manage Jobs(WMJobs) offers a supportive environment that values the well-being of our staff and provides opportunities for growth and development.

The estimated annual salary for this position is £26,500-£32,000. You will work 37 hours per week on a rota basis, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays, to ensure the safety and well-being of children and young people.

This challenging yet rewarding role requires flexibility and dedication, with a rotating schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and bank holidays. You will receive exceptional training and support, including a comprehensive induction plan, ongoing supervision, and specific and bespoke training from highly qualified psychologists.
