Residential Manager for Young People

**Role Description**
As a Residential Manager at CV-Library, you will have the opportunity to shape the lives of young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties by providing them with a nurturing environment.
Responsibilities- Direct and manage the daily activities of the residential service.
- Lead staff in delivering exceptional care, adhering to regulatory requirements.
- Ensure efficient financial management through effective budget allocation.
- Maintain legislative compliance and drive continuous improvement.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in young people's services management.
- A proven track record of achieving high rating results from Ofsted inspections.
- Relevant certifications like RMA/NVQ 4 in Leadership + Management or ILM Level 5.
- Deep understanding of children's homes national minimum standards and the Children's Act 2010.
