Residential Support Manager

This is an exciting opportunity to work with The Cambian Group, one of the largest independent providers of care and education for children and young people. As a Senior Support Worker, you will be part of a friendly, supportive team focused on achieving the best outcomes for young people.
Your main responsibilities will include leading shifts, ensuring Residential Care Workers are up-to-date with mandatory learning, and maintaining accurate written records. You will also communicate with the team, raise awareness of individual care plans, and contribute to team and staff meetings.
A strong understanding of residential childcare practices and excellent communication skills are essential for this role. If you are enthusiastic, energetic, flexible, and caring, we would love to hear from you
