Adult Residential Support Worker

We Manage Jobs(WMJobs) is seeking a skilled and experienced Adult Residential Support Worker to join our team in Stoke on Trent. As part of our staff, you will receive exceptional training and support, including a comprehensive induction plan, ongoing supervision, and specific and bespoke training from highly qualified psychologists.
The estimated annual salary for this role is £26,500-£32,000. The successful applicant will work 37 hours per week on a rota basis, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays, to ensure the safety and well-being of children and young people.
