About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to provide specialist care for children and young people with complex mental health needs in Stoke, Staffordshire.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the highest standards of patient care: Safeguard the well-being, safety, and dignity of all patients.
  • Conduct thorough assessments: Develop tailored care plans that cater to individual patient needs.
  • Monitor and update care plans: Regularly review and adjust care plans to reflect evolving patient needs.
  • Medication administration: Accurately administer and record medication as per patient care requirements.
  • Support staff performance: Monitor and guide care staff to ensure efficient service delivery.
  • Patient-centered approach: Provide compassionate care that respects patients' privacy and dignity.

Requirements:

  • A valid UK NMC Pin.
  • A clear DBS check.
  • Experience in developing care plans and working within multidisciplinary teams.

Salary Information: The estimated salary for this role is £39,900 per annum, commensurate with experience.
