We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Therapeutic Support Assistant to join our team at The Cambian Group, where you will have the chance to make a significant difference in the lives of children with learning disabilities.

As a member of our team, you will work on a waking nights shift in our residential care home in Stoke-on-Trent, supporting up to 8 young people with complex needs, including learning disabilities, autism, and epilepsy. Your primary responsibility will be to provide direct care and support to our residents, focusing on their physical, emotional, and social well-being.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care or equivalent, as well as experience working with children with learning disabilities. You must also be able to work unsociable hours, including evenings, nights, and weekends.

In return for your hard work and dedication, you can expect a competitive salary of £28,000 per annum, plus enhancements for qualified staff.
