Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Therapeutic Care Worker to join our team. As a Therapeutic Care Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to children with complex needs/Learning Disabilities.

Your primary responsibility will be to support young people with their daily routines, hobbies, and social activities, while also promoting positive behavior and relationships within the home. You will work closely with the child to develop personalized plans that meet their unique needs and preferences.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Supporting young people with daily routines, including morning preparation and getting ready for school
  • Assisting with leisure activities, such as hobbies and social events
  • Encouraging positive behavior and relationships within the home
  • Maintaining accurate records of the child's progress and development

**Requirements:**

  • A Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (England) or equivalent qualification
  • Experience working with children with complex needs/Learning Disabilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays
