We're currently seeking an experienced Residential Care Worker to join our team and provide high-quality support to young people in our care.

This role requires a strong understanding of Autism and its effects on daily life, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.

About the Job:

  • Key Responsibilities
    • Support young people with daily living tasks, such as personal hygiene and meal preparation.
    • Encourage participation in activities that promote socialization, leisure, and self-expression.
    • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement individualized care plans.
    • Assist with maintaining a safe and organized living environment.

Salary Information:

Estimated salary range: £28,000 - £38,000 per annum, based on experience and qualifications.

Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, you'll need a Level 2 Diploma in Health and Social Care (or equivalent) and relevant experience working with young people with Autism or similar needs.
