We are seeking a Therapeutic Support Professional to join our Mental Health Support Team (MHST), working with children and young people who are experiencing mental health challenges.

In this rewarding role, you will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality support services, developing your skills and knowledge through Continuing Professional Development (CPD) tailored to meet your individual needs. Our experienced Practice Education Team will provide guidance and supervision throughout your career with us.

As a Therapeutic Support Professional, you will be responsible for providing one-to-one therapeutic interventions with children and families, signposting them to appropriate support services, and working collaboratively with other professionals to achieve improved outcomes.

Our trust offers a range of benefits, including flexible working arrangements, free parking on all our main sites, and opportunities for professional development. We estimate that the salary for this role will be approximately £32,000-£42,000 per annum, depending on experience.
