About the Job:
This position involves working with children and young people who require therapeutic interventions, conducting assessments, and participating in autism assessments. You will be part of a dynamic team of psychologists, psychological therapists, and assistant psychologists who share a passion for delivering exceptional services.

Your Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver high-quality therapeutic interventions to children and young people
* Conduct assessments to determine therapeutic and placement needs
* Collaborate with parents, carers, and residential care staff to provide consultation and training
* Contribute to service development, specifically in children's residential care support services
* Develop and manage highly specialist interventions
* Supervise less experienced staff members

What We're Looking For:
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a strong background in clinical psychology, experience working with children and adolescents, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A minimum of two years of post-qualified work experience in a clinical environment with children, young people, and their families is required. Training in DDP, Theraplay, EMDR, or other trauma-informed therapies is highly desirable.

Our Benefits:
We offer a salary range of £54,000 - £60,500, negotiable depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, you will have access to a generous pension scheme, 36 days paid annual leave, potential for flexible working or part-time work, company sick pay scheme, and a generous CPD budget to support your professional development.
