About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Senior Clinical Psychologist to join our Paediatric Psychology Service. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality psychological assessment and care to clients who present with distress as a direct result of a physical health condition.

The ideal candidate will have a postgraduate doctoral level training in clinical or counselling psychology and a good understanding of models of psychopathology, clinical psychometrics, and neuropsychology. They will also have experience in two or more distinct psychological therapies and lifespan developmental psychology.

This is an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic team that specializes in supporting young people who are experiencing distress due to a diagnosed physical health condition. You will undertake individual sessions, consultation, and supervision, and have the potential to access formal training and peer support in a therapy relevant to the client group.

We offer a competitive salary of £53,755 to £60,504 per annum pro rata, depending on experience. In addition, we provide a range of benefits, including flexible working arrangements and opportunities for professional development.
