At ABL Health Ltd, we are committed to providing high-quality nutritional care that is clinically and cost-effective. As a Therapeutic Specialist in our Specialist Weight Management Service, you will play a vital role in delivering excellent care to children and young people in Nottinghamshire.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced therapist with a degree-level qualification in a relevant field, such as social work, nursing, psychology, or other relevant field. You will have a strong understanding of cognitive behavioural therapy core concepts and behaviour change models.

We offer a competitive salary of £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes flexible working arrangements, professional development opportunities, and a supportive team environment.

In this role, you will work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to provide therapeutic interventions to children and young people accessing specialist weight management programmes. You will facilitate psychological assessments and formulating, and develop client/family formulations and care pathways.

To succeed in this role, you will need to be able to travel independently across the region and work flexibly to meet service needs, including some evening and occasional weekend work. You must also hold current UK professional registration and have a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
