Victim Support Caseworker

As a Victim Support Caseworker at ENGINEERINGUK, you will play a critical role in providing crisis intervention services to victims of domestic abuse. You will be responsible for developing individual safety plans, providing advocacy, emotional, and practical support, and exploring legal and civil options, housing, health, and finance.
About the JobIn this role, you will work closely with victims of domestic abuse, providing them with the necessary support to keep themselves and their families safe. You will also be involved in accessing services that can help them rebuild their lives.
Key Skills and Qualifications- A strong understanding of domestic abuse, including its impact, risk assessment, safety planning, and risk management
- Theoretical and practical knowledge of civil and criminal justice remedies for victims of domestic abuse
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and advisory skills
- Ability to manage a complex caseload and prioritize work effectively
This role comes with a competitive salary of £26,010 per annum, 28 days annual leave, pension, sick pay allowances, maternity and paternity payments, discounts, and wellbeing support.
