Job Responsibilities

As a Behaviour Change caseworker, you will work with adult perpetrators of domestic abuse to deliver interventions in person, individually or as part of a group. You will also work alongside the integrated victim service to co-ordinate delivery of services and assess risk and needs at all times; ensuring the safe delivery of service.

The post holder will work with a team of adult and children and young people practitioners, managed by a Senior Behaviour Change Caseworker, to contact consenting perpetrators of domestic abuse and facilitate group-based programmes.

We offer a competitive salary of £28,050 per annum, pension with 5% employer contribution, enhanced sick pay allowances, maternity & paternity payments, and high street, retail, holiday, entertainment & leisure discounts.
