Responsibilities:
- Working with students displaying challenging behaviour, providing guidance and support to help them overcome difficulties.
- Collaborating with staff across all departments, ensuring consistent support for students in need.
- Building meaningful relationships with students to encourage personal development and progress.
- Maintaining a safe and positive school environment through effective patrolling and supervision.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology or a related field involving behaviour.
- Experience in a similar role is desirable, but not essential.
- Commitment to working with students of varying ages, from diverse backgrounds.
