Job Description:

Job Title: Behaviour Support Assistant Specialist

Location: Enfield Primary School

Salary: Estimated £28,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Job Type: Full-time

Contract: Long-term contract

We are seeking an experienced Behaviour Support Assistant to join our team at Enfield Primary School. As a key member of our support staff, you will work closely with teaching staff to provide behaviour support and mentorship to children in need.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To work collaboratively with teaching staff to develop and implement behaviour support plans for children.
  • To provide one-on-one and small group mentorship and guidance to children who require additional support.
  • To maintain accurate records of behaviour support provided and contribute to ongoing assessments of children's progress.
Requirements:
  • Experience working with children, preferably in a primary school setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with children, staff, and parents.
  • A patient, understanding, and flexible approach to supporting children with complex needs.
