We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Child Behaviour Change Professional to join our team at the PRIDE Academy.

Annual Salary Range: £31,069 - £35,444

Key Accountabilities:
  • Develop and implement behaviour management strategies to promote positive student outcomes.
  • Collaborate with teachers and support staff to create a supportive learning environment.
  • Provide guidance and support to students exhibiting challenging behaviour.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Degree in Education, Psychology, or related field.
  • Experience working with children and young people, particularly those with challenging behaviour.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
