Supporting Children's Mental Health

We are looking for a dedicated Child Support Professional to join our team at Academics Ltd in Bracknell. This is an excellent opportunity to support children with Social, Emotional and Mental Health issues in a specialist school.

About the Role

This is a full-time position starting ASAP or in September, working alongside therapists and psychologists to provide high-quality care and child-centred support to students aged 8-18.

The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, caring, and resilient, with a strong desire to make a positive impact on the lives of these young people.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing consistent, ongoing support to ensure highest quality of care
  • Working with a therapeutic approach and receiving training as needed
  • Supporting academic learning, emotional wellbeing, and behaviour of students
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Graduate degree in a relevant field (e.g., Psychology, Counselling, Criminology)
  • Ability to work with complex needs and be open-minded
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
