Child Support Professional

We are seeking a dedicated Child Support Professional to join our Remedicare team. The successful candidate will work in a self-contained building, supporting high need students with Primary PMLD and SEN primary students.

  • SEN or PMLD Primary background required
  • Personal care experience essential
  • High need children experience necessary
  • Full UK driving licence required
  • Comfortable transporting high need students in company vehicles

Our competitive salary package includes industry leading salaries of £22,000 to £26,000 per annum (term time only, paid across 12 months), as well as ongoing training opportunities such as ELSA, Makaton, and Mental Health First Aider certifications.

The role also offers continued career progression, with leadership roles available for those who demonstrate exceptional skills and dedication. Our working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30 to 4:30, with an early finish on Fridays at 1PM. Leadership support is available through an open door policy.

Selection process: initial call, first stage interview, trial morning/afternoon at the service.
