Child Behaviour Mentor Specialist

**About the Role:**
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Child Behaviour Mentor to join our team at The PRIDE Academy. As a Child Behaviour Mentor, you will be responsible for providing specialist support to students with complex behavioural needs.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide individualised support to students with complex behavioural needs
- Develop and implement behaviour support plans in collaboration with teaching staff
- Support students in developing positive behaviour skills
**Requirements:**
- Relevant qualifications and experience in working with children with special educational needs
- Strong understanding of child development and behaviour theory
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
**Salary & Benefits:**
The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £31,069 - £35,444 (£26,604.66) pro rata, plus a range of benefits including professional development opportunities and a supportive work environment.
