Job Overview

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with students, promoting positive behaviour and academic growth.
  • Collaborate with teachers and senior leaders to design and implement effective behaviour management strategies.
  • Provide one-to-one mentoring and support to students with complex needs.
  • Maintain accurate records and report on student progress.

Requirements

  • Proven experience working with children with additional learning needs in a school setting.
  • Degree educated with a minimum 2:1.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this position is up to £95 per day via PAYE, offering a competitive weekly pay package. This opportunity also provides a chance to work with a reputable education recruitment agency, specialising in securing long-term and permanent roles for educators.
