Full-Time Behaviour Support Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated Behaviour Support Specialist to join our team in Lambeth, South East London. As a Behaviour Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting students with behaviour needs, working closely with teachers and other support staff to develop effective strategies to improve pupil behaviour.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver targeted support to students with behaviour needs
- Collaborate with teachers to develop and implement behaviour plans
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience working with children with behaviour needs in the UK
- Current Safeguarding training certification
- Enhanced Child Barred List DBS Certificate or willingness to apply for one
