A Child Behaviour and Development Professional is needed to join our team at a primary school in Maidenhead.

In this role, you will work closely with pupils who have SEMH, SEN, ASD, and ADHD, providing support to promote their emotional well-being and academic success.

As a Child Behaviour and Development Professional, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies that address challenging behaviours and promote positive relationships between pupils and teachers.

Key responsibilities may include:

  • Supporting pupils with behaviour for learning in the classroom.
  • Working with individual learners to help them develop social skills and manage their emotions.
  • Providing one-to-one support or working with small groups in the Learning Support department.
  • Recording and tracking pupil progress.

We offer a competitive salary of £28,000 per annum, paid weekly. Our full-time hours are 8:30am-4pm, Monday-Friday.
