Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Child Development Lead to join our team in Acton, Ealing. This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires a graduate with experience working with children to provide nurturing care to students with complex needs.

About the Role
  • This is a full-time, long-term position based in Acton, Ealing
  • You will be responsible for leading behaviour management, supporting therapeutic approaches, and promoting school values
  • Collaborate with a team of subject-specific teachers to provide a stable environment

The successful candidate will have a background in child-centred roles and be passionate about making a positive impact on students' lives. The estimated salary for this role is £26,000 - £31,000 per annum.

Responsibilities
  1. Offer daily in-school care, coordinating learning and social activities for students with complex needs
  2. Provide stability and guidance as a steady, supportive presence
