Salary: The estimated salary for this role is £27,231.90 - £28,274.40 per annum, depending on qualification and experience.

Job Description:
As an Early Years Practitioner, you will play a vital role in supporting the development of young children. Your primary responsibilities will include planning and implementing engaging activities that cater to individual children's needs, developing strong parent-child partnerships, and promoting child welfare and safety.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need a full and relevant Level 2/3 or above Early Years qualification, previous experience working with children, and a passion for making learning fun and engaging. Strong communication skills and knowledge of safeguarding, child protection, and legislative requirements are also essential.
