Job Title: Lead Child Development Manager

Busy Bees Day Nursery and Preschool at Carshalton Beeches is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Lead Child Development Manager to join our team.

The salary for this role is £28,000 per annum, plus additional benefits and perks.

Job Description

In this critical role, you will be responsible for leading the development of our nursery's curriculum, ensuring that it meets the highest standards of child-centered learning. You will work closely with our teaching staff to design and implement engaging and effective lesson plans that meet the diverse needs of all children.

You will also play a key role in observing, assessing, and planning for the individual needs of each child, using your expertise to ensure that every child reaches their full potential.

As a Senior Room Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of early years practitioners, providing guidance and support to help them develop their skills and knowledge. You will also contribute to the development of our nursery's policies and procedures, ensuring that we maintain the highest standards of quality and safety.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A Level 3 Childcare qualification or equivalent
  • Managerial experience in an early years setting
