About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Child Health Clinical Lead to join our team at East Kent Hospitals University NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our clinical leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve patient outcomes and experiences in our paediatric services.

Job Description

The successful candidate will have extensive experience of working in an Acute Paediatric area and have a proven track record of delivering high-quality patient care. You will lead and manage a team of healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective clinical strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes and experiences.
  • Lead and manage a team of healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
Person Specification

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of five years' experience in acute or critical care in child health at band 7 or above.
  • Experience of working in an ED department or paediatric assessment unit.
  • Evidence of ability to produce reports and formulate policies.
Salary and Benefits
