Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective strategies for child protection and safeguarding.
- Provide supervision and guidance to staff to ensure high professional practice standards are maintained.
- Conduct regular reviews and audits of cases to ensure effective case planning and implementation of care plans.
- Chair case meetings and ensure care plans are in the best interests and safety of the child.
- Collaborate with other professionals to ensure effective decision making in children's matters is undertaken in accordance with legislation and best practice.
