Behaviour Mentor Specialist

We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Behaviour Mentor to join our SEND School in Tower Hamlets.
Key Responsibilities- Support students with challenging behaviours and help them overcome barriers to their learning.
- Work closely with students, teachers, and other professionals to create a positive and inclusive learning environment that fosters growth and development.
- A strong understanding of child development and behaviour management principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work effectively in a team environment.
The estimated salary for this role is £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package, including access to ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
