We are currently looking for a Behavioural Scientist with a strong background in Behavioural Science and a passion for design-focused work.

In this role, you will leverage the deep rigour of Scientific & Psychological principles and plug them into Campaign & Graphic Design to influence consumer behaviour (NeuroDesign).

You will work closely with our team to develop innovative Behavioural Change solutions that drive real impact. This will involve conducting research, analysing data, and designing effective interventions to influence consumer behaviour.

As a Behavioural Scientist at Wyatt Partners, you can expect an estimated salary of $90,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on your location and experience. Our benefits package includes comprehensive health insurance, retirement plans, and opportunities for professional growth and development.

Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct research and analysis to inform Behavioural Change strategies.
  2. Design effective interventions to influence consumer behaviour.

  4. Analyse data and provide insights to inform Behavioural Change strategies.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Behavioural Science or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in Behavioural Science or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of Behavioural Science principles and their application in marketing and advertising.
  • Excellent graphic design skills using tools like Adobe or Sketch.
  • Ability to conduct research and analyse data to inform Behavioural Change strategies.
